CANNOT recommend enough! Jolene is in the West Palm area and makes such beautiful, wonderful treats! You’d think the best part is eating the cake, but it’s actually the customer service. I live in CT and found Jolene online. In just a day, I had a GORGEOUS cake hand delivered to my mom in Palm Beach Gardens. The process could not have been easier and I can’t wait to visit FL so I can order something else and try it next time! If you need sweets, please contact this bakery.... you won’t be disappointed!!

I ordered a dozen beach theme cupcakes for this Labor Day weekend for my sister’s Birthday and Jolene did a wonderful job. My sister’s loved not only how great the decorations were but how delicious they were! I will definitely order again from Jolene, quality with a good price and she also delivered them!!

My husband found Jolene’s cake online and she was sooo helpful since he wanted to surprise me with an Italy theme cake. Jolene went above the call of duty. She made the most delish limoncello filling cake with edible postcards of different places to visit in Italy lined up in the sides of the cake plus a picture of the map of Italy on the top with a HB sign with my name. Totally beautiful and delicious.
She stayed in touch with my husband showing pictures and ideas and after delivering she made sure to text me to make sure I was happy with my 69th birthday cake. I felt like a little kid eating the cake with my husband within 4 days.

I ordered cupcakes for my and my partner’s birthdays. Jolene was extremely pleasant and wonderful! She delivered the cupcakes herself and was upset as the frosting melted on the way here and offered an additional dozen which she delivered as well. They’re delicious and beautiful!!! The coconut with guava cream cheese icing are the best cupcakes I’ve ever had! Sent my daughter a picture and when she comes home I’m definitely ordering more!!! Thank you so much, Jolene!!! Jolene is a wonderful cake artist.She made two beautiful cakes for my son and his girlfriend on their different BD's. One was R2D2 and the other had butterflies and flowers. She also delivers. Since I can't be down there for my family this was a perfect way to celebrate. Please use her services. She is the best.

Major shout-out to Ladybug for going so far above and beyond what could have been expected only days before Mother's day during a national pandemic! I contacted Ladybug late at night via Facebook and not only did she immediately respond, but she was able to provide easy app payment info and schedule delivery, all within a matter of minutes, all while other companies were charging an arm and a leg for no guarantee of delivery by Mother's day. A dozen beautiful cupcakes were delivered, with exquisite card, as promised to my mom's door, full of pineapple cheesecake and strawberry lemonade cupcakes. Mom's words:
"These cupcakes are so fresh, they're not at all dry! (nom nom) Such beautiful presentation and appetizing to the eye. The variety of flavors are not over-powering, but they achieve a delectable balance. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I love in MS and my son is off chasing his dream in FL, his 21st Birthday was coming up and all he wanted was a birthday cake. This momma called several places in his area to no avail......until I called Ladybug Cake Creations!! This lady was already swamped with orders and by herself but she devoted herself and her talent to this worried mom. She made a beautiful cake, bought a birthday card, hand delivered it to my son, took a picture to send to me and gave him her contact info just in case he ever needed anything. That is beyond excellent service!! She saved the day and my son said the cake was delicious!! If your ever in the area or need a cake, please don’t go anywhere else! This business will make you feel like you are part of their family!
